This is an "Open Genre" event showcasing 10 min. short films produced by local filmmakers to promote the importance of community based television like Berkeley Community Media.

With the success of last year's BCM Horror Film Festival and HorrorTV, we will return with a fun filled screening and another exciting pre-festival TV Show featuring the makers of the short films.

We have 8 spots to fill in the program. Chosen candidates will be contacted by us for an interview on the Pre-Show videotaped at BETV CH28- Berkeley.

The location of the Film Festival is still in the works and will be announced soon.
